Ted Watts Jr
Ted is a licensed homebuilder who has over 30 years in the homebuilding business and is a 3rd generation home builder. He is a former president of the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association and has spent years learning how to perfect the client-builder relationship in order to help people achieve their vision of building their dream home. His knowledge and experience are essential to our homebuilding process.
Ashley Watts-Rowe
Ashley is a licensed homebuilder and is a 4th generation builder. Ashley sits on the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association Board. She provides design services for clients including initial project concept, spatial planning, finish selection, and full service furniture design and install.
Don Williams
Don has spent his entire career in and around the industry, but officially joined the Lake Martin Builders team in 2023 as a superintendent.
Don has seen everything the industry has to throw at him, making him the ideal candidate for insuring that each one of our jobs are meeting the quality standards that we pride ourselves on. When it comes to problem solving, day-to-day operations, and keeping things on the ground running smoothly and efficiently, it doesn’t get any better than Don Williams.
Ben Watts
Ben is a 4th generation builder, taking after his dad and grandad. Ben’s exposure to homebuilding started as a general laborer on jobsites working at an age his father is not willing to disclose.
Ben’s experience in the industry serves to help us provide our customers with accurate estimates, and top-tier customer service. Ben personally oversees each job, and ensures the homebuilding process goes as smoothly as possible. Ben is here to help make your homebuilding journey as simple and enjoyable as possible.
